O death, where now is your victory? O death, where now is your sting? The sting that causes death is sin, and sin gets its power and authority to cause death from the Law. But thanks be to God my Father…Who gives me the victory over sin and death through Christ Jesus my Lord! [1 Cor 15:55-57]
