My beloved child…The Eternal Power of the Blood of My Divine Son Jesus has guaranteed and secured your eternal access into the Heavenly Sanctuary and the Holy of Holies… into the inaccessible Light of the Glory of My unclouded Presence and My promised rest…as your birth-right. [Father God…Matt 27:51; Heb 4:16; 10:19-25]
Abba Father…it is my birthright to abide all the days of my life in the Holy of Holies in Your unclouded Presence, and there is only one condition for my entering through the Gate that opens into the Heavenly Sanctuary: NOT MY WILL, BUT THY WILL BE DONE. My sin-enslaved human nature, with its self-will, cannot enter through that Gate. Only the Divine nature of Your indwelling Holy Spirit, with its absolute surrender to Thy will, can bring me through that Gate and into the Holy of Holies…there to abide all the days of my life. There is no way I am able to enter in the power of my flesh; no way I would even desire to in the power of my flesh. My sin-enslaved human nature cannot dwell in the Presence of God. Your indwelling Holy Spirit is the One Who enables me to walk along the pathway that Your Divine Son Jesus walked and prepared for me as my Forerunner…the pathway He dedicated for me…a new and living way to You, Father, through the veil…that is to say, through the veil of my flesh. It is Your indwelling Holy Spirit Who Personally lives out the life of Your Divine Son Jesus in me, as I give Him free reign to do so…His life of obedience and suffering, self-sacrifice and self-denial. And it is Your Holy Spirit Who Personally works out the death of Your Divine Son Jesus in me, conforming me ever more deeply to the likeness of His death…death to sin and death to self…in order that I may thereby attain, more and more, to the power of His resurrection life out from the dead…the power to walk triumphantly through each and every day as more than a conqueror and with overwhelming victory.
To this I am called, because Your Divine Son Jesus suffered for me, leaving me an example, that I should follow in His steps. [1 Peter 2:20-21] With eyes of compassion, Christ Jesus Your Son lovingly made it clear to me: “If anyone would come after Me… you must deny yourself and take up your cross daily and follow Me. For whoever wants to hold on to one’s life in order to satisfy their own self-will and self-interests will lose it, but whoever loses their self-life for My sake will keep it for life eternal. Anyone who does not carry their cross and follow Me cannot be My disciple.” [Luke 9:23-24; 14:27]
Abba Father…You also have encouraged Your children: Now since you are My children, you are also heirs…heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ My Son…if indeed you share in His sufferings in order that you may also share in His glory. I assure you… consider your present sufferings not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in you! [Rom 8:17-18] As it is written: Since Christ My Son has suffered in the flesh, arm yourself also with the same purpose, because those who have suffered in the flesh have ceased from sin. From now on, then, you must live the rest of your Earthly life controlled by God’s will and not by human desires. [1 Peter 4:1-2] In other words…since Jesus went through everything I am going through and more, I need to learn to think like Him. I am to think of my sufferings as a weaning from that old sinful habit of always expecting to get my own way. Then I will be able to live out my days free to pursue what God wants instead of being tyrannized by what I want. [1 Peter 4:1-2]
And so Christ Jesus’ steadfast love for me…so amazing, so Divine…constrains me…it demands my soul, my life, my all…because I am convinced that One died for all, and therefore all died. And since He died for all, I who now live joined together with Him in a Sacred Covenant relationship can no longer live for myself…but for Him who died for me and was raised again. [2 Cor 5:14-15]
Wherefore brethren, having now boldness to enter into the Holiest by the Eternal Power of the Blood of Jesus, by the way which He dedicated for us…a new and living way to God through the veil, that is to say, through the veil of His flesh…let us then without further hesitation or delay draw nigh in fullness of faith; here let us continually abide in the fullness of faith. [Heb 10:19-20, 22] Those who abide in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. [PS 91:1] Hallelujah!
