My beloved child, I work all things together for the good of those who love Me!  Have you not considered Joseph, who said to his brothers, “Do not be distressed and do not be angry with yourselves for selling me here.  You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good, to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.” [Triune God…Gen 50:19-20; 45:4-5; Rom 8:28]

**         **, greatly beloved, have you never known?  Have you never understood? Suffering is faith’s pathway to glory.  My children must follow the same route and receive the same reward that My Divine Son Jesus did.  In bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting that God, for Whom and through Whom everything exists, should make the Author of our salvation perfect through suffering.  Although He was a Son, He learned obedience from what He suffered and, once made perfect, He became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey Him. [Heb 2:10; 5:8-10]

My Divine Son Jesus set the pattern for your own obedience, **        **.  By His Own perfect obedience, He set the example for you to follow in His footsteps.  And having taken upon Himself a human nature, He humbled Himself and became obedient unto death…even death on a cross! [Phil 2:8]  He also set for you the pattern for suffering…To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in His steps. [1 Peter 2:20]  The suffering of Christ Jesus My Son, in all the forms that flesh is liable to, made Him an example to all My children who shall pass through trials.  Beloved child, you have before you a perfect model to show you how to bear afflictions!

Christ My Son endured far more than did any of My heroes of faith named in Heb 11, and therefore He is a perfect example for you to follow.  He endured the cross!  This involved shame, suffering, the “contradiction [opposition]” of sinners, and even My temporary rejection as His Father.  On the cross He suffered for all the sins of all the world!  Yet He endured, and finished the work I, the Father, gave Him to do. [John 17:4]

He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from Him; He was despised, and we esteemed Him not. [Isa 53:3] He was a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief.  It was not only His last scene that was tragical, but His whole life was so, not only mean, but miserable…”but one continued chain of labour, sorrow, and consuming pain. [Sir R. Blackmore”]  Lentulus, in his epistle to the Roman senate concerning Jesus, says, “He was never seen to laugh;” and so worn and macerated was He with continual grief that when He was but a little above thirty years of age He was taken to be nearly fifty. [John 8:57]

Surely He took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered Him stricken by God, smitten by Him, and afflicted. [ Isa 53:4]  He had griefs and sorrows; being acquainted with them, He kept up the acquaintance, and did not grow shy, no, not of such melancholy acquaintance.  Were griefs and sorrows allotted Him?  He bore them, and blamed not His lot; He carried them, and did neither shrink from them, nor sink under them.  The load was heavy and the way long, and yet He did not tire, but persevered to the end, till He said, “It is finished.” [Matthew Henry]

My beloved child…what is your responsibility with respect to My Divine Son Jesus?  Look unto Him; that is, you must set Him continually before you as your example, and your great encouragement.  You must look to Him for direction, for assistance, and for acceptance, in all your sufferings.  You must consider Him, meditate much upon Him, and reason with yourself from His case to your own.  You must analogize, as the word is; compare Christ My Son’s sufferings and yours; and you shall find that as His sufferings far exceeded yours, in the nature and measure of them, so His patience far excels yours, and is a perfect pattern for you to imitate.  Therefore, since Christ has suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same purpose, because he who has suffered in the flesh has turned his back on sin, and no longer has any desire to keep on sinning.  From now on, then, you must live the rest of your Earthly lives controlled by God’s will and not by human desires. [1 Peter 4:1-2]  Since Jesus went through everything you are going through and more, learn to think like Him.  Think of your sufferings as a weaning from that old sinful habit of always expecting to get your own way.  Then you will be able to live out your days free to pursue what God wants instead of being tyrannized by what you want.

**        **, Christ Jesus My Son is your pattern to glory.  By His being consecrated and perfected through suffering, He has consecrated the way of suffering for all My children to pass through unto glory.  Your sufferings, therefore, are not only necessary and unavoidable…they are hereby made honorable, useful, and the same pathway to glory as His Own.  Now if we are children, then we are heirs…heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in His sufferings in order that we may also share in His glory.  I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. [Rom 8:17-18]

Friends, brothers and sisters…

There is one absolutely necessary preparation for every living soul on the face of this Earth, for the soon coming and imminent return of Jesus Christ…the one preparation that will irrevocably determine in which neighborhood you will spend all eternity, whether in Heaven or in Hell.  You must be a born-again child of God.  I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot be in God’s Kingdom.  I tell you the
truth, no one can ever enter the Kingdom of God unless you are born of water and the
Spirit.  Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.  You should not be surprised at My saying you must be born again. [Jesus…John 3:3-7]

If you have never been born again,
or you are not sure whether you have been born again,
or you have been living your life as a lukewarm Christian and would now like to recommit your life and enter into a deep and intimate relationship with Christ Jesus in preparation for the soon coming marriage supper of the Lamb…
then I counsel you to get alone with God, read the solemn marriage vows you must make to become the bride of Christ and thereby be born-again, [https://preservechristianfamily.org/2019/01/21/bride-of-christ/], and with sincerity of heart from within the depths of your being, acknowledge before God, “I DO.”
