My beloved child…trusting implies that you know beyond the shadow of a doubt you cannot satisfy your spiritual needs trying by your own efforts and strength. Trusting is a conscious decision to live your everyday life in reliance upon the Power of My indwelling Spirit. It is an expression of death to self, and absolute reliance upon the sufficiency of God. [Father God…Ps 34:4-9]
Abba Father, You have set forth in Your Word what faith is: Now faith is the assurance… the confirmation, the title deed…of the things we hope for, being the proof of things we do not see and the conviction of their reality, such proof and conviction borne witness to by our everyday manner of living. Faith perceives as real fact, and lives a life that is in accordance with that fact, what is not revealed to the senses. For by faith…trust and holy fervor born of faith…the men of old had Divine testimony borne to them and obtained a good report. By means of faith we perceive that the material universe and the God-appointed ages of time were fashioned, put in order, and equipped for the purpose for which they were intended by the Word of God, and it follows therefore that that which we see did not come into being out of that which is visible. [Heb 11:1-3]
** **, greatly beloved, you have contact with the material world through your 5 senses. You have contact with the spiritual world through the eyes of faith. Just as you have your physical senses, through which you communicate with the material world, so faith is the spiritual sense, or organ, through which the soul comes into contact with, and is affected by, the spiritual world. Faith is the eye that perceives as actual fact the substance of things, and the substance of God’s spoken Word, that have their existence in the unseen spiritual realm.
Friends, brothers and sisters…examples of things in the spiritual realm are: God, Father, Son, Holy Spirit; angels, Arc-angels, demons; Heaven, Heavenly Sanctuary, Throne of Grace; Hell, lake of fire, bottomless pit, etc. God’s spoken Word in the spiritual realm are His Divine promises, commands, instruction, etc. Faith embraces the promises of God as our own, even though we don’t have the actual possession of the promise as of yet. It does not matter if God takes 25 years to grant the promise, as He did with Abraham. It also does not matter if we never receive the promise during our lifetime, as the hero’s of faith did not: And these all, having had witness borne to them through their faith, received not the promise, God having provided some better thing concerning us, that apart from us they should not be made perfect. [Heb 11:40] Actually, by faith we embrace the promise of eternal life in Heaven, but we will not have possession of the promise during our lifetime, only after our death. Faith is not only a dealing with certain promises, but an unceasing spiritual intercourse with the unseen world around us. Faith, in the spiritual life, must be as natural, as unceasing, as our breathing and seeing when we are doing our ordinary work.
Abba Father…Since, then, I have been raised up together with Christ Jesus Your Son into newness of life,
I set my heart on the rich eternal treasures above, in the Heavenly realms, where Christ is seated at Your right hand, Father.
I set my mind and my thoughts on the things of Heaven, not on the things of Earth.
For I died in union with Christ Your Son, and my new life is now hidden with Christ in God.
When Christ, Who is my life, appears, then I also will appear with Him in Glory. [Col 3:1-4]
Friends, brothers and sisters…
There is one absolutely necessary preparation for every living soul on the face of this Earth, for the soon coming and imminent return of Jesus Christ…the one preparation that will irrevocably determine in which neighborhood you will spend all eternity, whether in Heaven or in Hell. You must be a born-again child of God. I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot be in God’s Kingdom. I tell you the truth, no one can ever enter the Kingdom of God unless you are born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at My saying you must be born again. [Jesus…John 3:3-7]
If you have never been born again,
or you are not sure whether you have been born again,
or you have been living your life as a lukewarm Christian and would now like to recommit your life and enter into a deep and intimate relationship with Christ Jesus in preparation for the soon coming marriage supper of the Lamb…
then I counsel you to get alone with God, read the solemn marriage vows you must make to become the bride of Christ and thereby be born-again, [https://preservechristianfamily.org/2019/01/21/bride-of-christ/], and with sincerity of heart from within the depths of your being, acknowledge before God, “I DO.”
There Is A Hope:
