Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver has also issued a warning, saying: “Digital health or vaccine passports along with tracking and tracing apps present a serious threat to freedom. Vaccine passports and tracking apps are about collecting data and control. The vaccine passport is being promoted worldwide to limit a person’s ability to leave home, work, shop, dine, travel, attend a public event, or even worship. COVID is being used to advance this dangerous threat to freedom. We must never accept vaccine passports or tracking apps as the new normal. The implications for freedom are significant.”

Vaccine Passports/ Digital ID’s are a tool for complete financial and physical control, and would automatically eliminate basic human rights and freedoms. Your vaccine passport will be your digital identity (as confirmed by the WEF), and to that digital identity they plan to add a programmable central bank digital currency (CBDC) and a social credit score. When you add all of those ingredients together…vaccine requirements for maintaining a valid passport, a digital identity, a social credit score and programmable CBDCs…you end up with a control grid that will imprison you and completely eliminate your freedom to live life according to your own desires. Once vaccine passports/digital identity and CBDCs are in place, the global cabal will be able to control your physical movements, behaviors and purchases based on how well you conform to their ideals, no matter how irrational, immoral, unethical, unfair or dangerous those may be. - Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC)
To anyone who pays attention to these trends, it seems unavoidably evident that Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) will be that new system. Every indication is that CBDC’s arrival is imminent. Imagine a monetary system with features baked-in to socially engineer how we live. For example:

- Free Speech: You shared info that we disagree with…our algorithm is fining you.’ (PayPal has already started doing this).
The G20, a group of 19 nations…including the U.S…plus the European Union, recently held their annual business meeting (B20) in Bali, Indonesia, where they declared that a digital vaccine passport, standardized by the World Health Organization, will be part of international pandemic prevention and response moving forward.
- The rule for standardized international vaccine passports will be introduced as a revision to the international health regulations during the next World Health Assembly in Geneva.
- The G20 recommendations also include the creation of guidelines for a globally coordinated response to crises, “enhanced by a technology-enabled ‘always-on’ global health infrastructure,” and a mutual recognition of COVID-19 vaccines made by G20 members.
- president Biden signed the declaration despite the promises made by his White House COVID-19 Response Team leader, Jeff Zients, who in April 2021 stated, “Let me be clear that the government is not now, nor will we be supporting a system that requires Americans to carry a [vaccination] credential.”
- The fact that the COVID shots do not prevent spread of infection has now been established many times over. This alone proves that vaccine passports are not for the purpose of containing epidemics. An international vaccine passport is the gateway to complete totalitarian control, because the entire control grid around a person gets tied together by it.

In summary, the goals of Agenda 21 and The Great Reset are to:
- Move ALL people into large cities where they can be easily controlled. The Great Reset plan is more specific, as it calls for people living in smart cities under 24/7 surveillance. The Fourth Industrial revolution adds another layer, as it calls for the merger of man with technology, so surveillance and control will occur down to the biological, mental and emotional levels.
- Destroy representative government and instead have un-elected boards make all the decisions.
- Erase jurisdictional boundaries and national borders through regionalization (the European Union is an example of regionalization), and fascism, i.e., public-private partnerships. Public-private partnerships, or partnerships between corporations and government, cut voters out of the equation. The “fascist community” (recalling the definition of both terms) want to be able to
a) freely move workers across borders,
b) freely move goods without regulations, and
c) reduce wages. The easiest way to do all of that is to remove national borders.

Social equity involves impoverishing huge portions of the population and bringing down developed nations. Social equity is “code” for this movement [of people and goods] and reduction of the population.
How to Fight Back.
While we are moving toward a centralized totalitarian One World Government, we are not there yet. We still have the ability to push back, by:
- Refusing to cooperate with the rollout and implementation of Agenda 21 items, tyrannical overreaches and surveillance/control tools such as digital identity and programmable central bank digital currencies (CBDCs)
- Widely exposing and discussing the totalitarian plan
- Working together to defund these plans, especially local Agenda 21 plans
- Helping your children understand that they’re being indoctrinated, from kindergarten through graduate school, to embrace and support their own demise
- Standing up for personal rights and freedoms
Leadership Are Following a Script

I love my Country; I grew up here, and worked here, and enjoyed the freedoms we were given here. Even so…this Country is no longer the Country I grew up in. It has become something else…something totally different, something strange and foreign to me. We are a Nation no longer under the rule and Authority of God, and as a result so horribly transformed from what our Founding Fathers envisioned and birthed. Once a great and respected Christian Nation, God has made us the laughingstock of the world. This is what the Sovereign Lord said to Moses concerning the Israelites, and our Nation’s founding fathers warned it would apply to America as well: If you disobey the Lord your God and do not faithfully keep all His commands and laws that I am giving you today, all these curses will come upon you and overtake you in accordance with God’s solemn resolve to punish you as you deserve for disobeying Him. Cursed shall you be in the city and
cursed shall you be in the field.
Cursed shall you be when you come in and
cursed shall you be when you go out.
The Lord will send upon you curses…calamitous events such as fires, floods, earthquakes, or pestilence that happen suddenly with a huge loss of life.
He will bring confusion and rebuke in everything you put your hand to, until you are destroyed and come to sudden ruin because of the evil you have done in forsaking Him. [Deut 15-16, 19-20]

[Rom 1:22] He has caused their thinking to become utterly confused…just as He had warned…so that they actually believe they are acting in wisdom while they are in reality literally destroying the Nation! You see it unfolding before your very eyes every day! The Lord will cause you to lose your mind in idiocy, and strike you with wild and helpless fear and panic; He will make you become blind and cause your minds and hearts to be confused. [Deut 28:28]
Brethren…why would you ever think that the Sovereign All-Ruler over all Creation is a God Who can be continually mocked without consequence? Why would you ever think that God would forgive a Nation’s [America’s] sins and make them prosperous again apart from National repentance, National prayer, and National reformation?
God did not spare even the angels who sinned. He threw them into hell, in gloomy pits of darkness, where they are being held until the day of judgment.
And God did not spare the ancient world…except for Noah and the seven others in his family. Noah warned the world of God’s righteous judgment. So God protected Noah when He destroyed the world of ungodly people with a vast flood.
And God condemned to ruin and extinction the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, reducing them to ashes, setting them forth as an example to those who would be ungodly. But God also rescued Lot out of Sodom because he was a righteous man who was sick of the filthy, perverse lives of the homosexual men inhabiting those cities. In that day, before Lot and his 2 guests had retired for the night, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom…both young and old…surrounded the house. They called to Lot, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them.” [Gen 19:4-5] Yes, Lot was a righteous man who was tormented in his soul by the wickedness he saw and heard day after day.
So you see, the Lord knows how to rescue godly people from their trials, even while keeping the wicked under punishment until the day of final judgment. He is especially hard on those who follow their own twisted sexual desire, and who despise authority. [2 Peter 2:4-10]

“Mystery Babylon” in the Book of Revelation is America [Rev 17:5], and the prophesy written by John is the utter destruction of America. We are the End Times Nation, the 7th and last of the great world powers throughout history that God has determined to utterly destroy. Six have already been destroyed: Greece, Persia, Babylon, Assyria, Egypt, and Rome. The destruction of America will now usher in the Great Tribulation and the Anti-christ. America has stood in the way of the Anti-christ, and now God, by His Own Divine Decree, has removed and destroyed our Nation…for obvious good reason…and to usher in the End Times of Biblical prophecy.
Be careful that you do not refuse to listen to the One Who is speaking to you even now. For if the Israelites did not escape when they refused to listen to Moses, the Earthly messenger, who warned and Divinely instructed them, revealing with heavenly warnings God’s will, how much less shall you escape if you reject the One Who warns and admonishes us from Heaven! When God spoke from Mount Sinai His voice shook the Earth, but now He makes another promise: “Once again I will shake not only the Earth but the heavens also.“ This means that all of Creation will be shaken and removed, so that only unshakable things will remain. Since we are receiving a Kingdom that is unshakable, let us then be thankful and please God by worshiping Him with holy fear and awe. For our God is indeed a consuming fire! [Isa 26:10; Heb 12:25-29]
WITH THE HEART
Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the LORD! [Ps 31:24]
The much needed lesson for all who desire to learn truly and fully what waiting on God is: It is with my heart I must wait upon God. “As a man’s heart is, so he is before God.” All of my waiting depends upon the state of my heart. I can advance no further or deeper into the Holy Place of God’s Presence to wait on Him there, than my heart is prepared for it by the Holy Spirit. It is in this that one of the chief causes must be sought of the feebleness of a Christian’s life. Many Christians have no sense of the great difference between the religion of the mind and the religion of the heart, and the former is far more diligently cultivated than the latter. They know not how infinitely greater the heart is than the mind. Scripture tells me: Prov 3:5-6: Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. True…my mind has to gather knowledge from God’s Word, and prepare the food by which my heart with its inner life is to be nourished. But here comes in a terrible danger, of my leaning to my own understanding, and trusting in my apprehension of Divine things. The understanding deals with conceptions and images of Divine things…only images and shadows…but it cannot reach the real life of my soul. It is with my heart I am to believe, and come in touch with God. It is in my heart God has given His Spirit, to be there to me the Presence and the Power of God working in me. In all my religion it is my heart that must trust and love and worship and obey. My mind is utterly impotent in creating or maintaining spiritual life within me…my heart must wait in faith and trust upon God for Him to work it in me. Reason may tell me what God’s Word says, but it can do nothing to the feeding of my soul on the Bread of Life…this my heart alone can do by its faith and trust in God.
My deepest need then, when I have studied or heard God’s Word, is to cease from my thoughts, to put no trust in them, and to waken my heart to open itself before God, and seek living fellowship with Him. I am to believe in my heart through faith what I can never know with my mind…and seek living fellowship with Him. Faith is a living relationship with God…not merely thoughts about Him, or studying about Him, or hearing about Him. My soul, with its powers and capabilities of the human mind, can only learn about God…from the information it gathers, processes, and then forms conclusions. My soul is not capable of having any personal contact with God. Only my spirit, where in my heart God has given His Holy Spirit, is capable of having personal contact with God…to commune with Him and experience Him and come to personally know Him. Faith is not just knowing about Him…it is knowing Him, personally and intimately, by spending time being together with Him and experiencing Him, one to one, heart to heart. There is an Eternal separation between knowing God by experiencing Him in a deep and intimate personal relationship, and knowledge about God through reading and study…like a historian would do in reading and studying about George Washington. The personal experience of God is what deepens my knowing God, and separates from mere knowledge about God: My ears had heard of You, but now my (Spiritual) eyes have seen You. [Job 42:5].
This is now the blessedness of waiting upon God…that I confess the impotence of all my thoughts and efforts, and set myself still to bow my heart before Him in holy silence, and to trust Him to renew and strengthen His Own work in me. Remember always the great difference between knowing with my mind and believing with my heart: I need only present my heart before Him as that wonderful part of my spirit in which God reveals Himself to me through His Holy Spirit, and where I can personally, intimately, know Him. I need only just let my heart wait at times in perfect silence and quiet; in its hidden depths God will work. I can be sure of this, and just wait on Him. When once living faith has been awakened, it then watches for every appearing of the Divine Will; it listens and accepts every indication of the Divine Presence; it looks for and expects the fulfillment of every Divine Promise. I need only give my whole heart, with its secret workings, into God’s hands continually. He wants my heart, and takes it, and as God dwells in it. Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the LORD!
This is the blessed life of deep and intimate personal relationship with God: my waiting upon God…watching and waiting, looking off unto Him and listening for His voice…with an unwavering child-like trust and an unreserved child-like dependence, with a joyful expectation and an excited anticipation, for God to reveal to me His plans, His purposes, His will, a deeper revelation of Who He is, SO I MAY THEN RESPOND with an unquestioning child-like obedience to every leading and prompting of the Holy Spirit, cooperating with the power of His enabling grace Who works in me both to will and to do.
My soul, wait thou only upon God!
Friends, brothers and sisters, this is our Lord’s exhortation…
Arise My bride, and prepare to pray:
- Pray to strengthen the backbone of the Church. The current ongoing persecution of the Church and of Christians is going to escalate exponentially; it is going to get MUCH WORSE.
- Pray for the cleansing of the corruption in the Church. God is going to expose and purge corruption within His Church, and separate the wheat from the chaff…separate His True church from the apostate churches that no longer belong to Him. He is going to expose false prophets and teachers, and wolves dressed in sheep clothing pretending to be shepherds.
These are the days of the separation of the wheat from the chaff. But also in those days there arose false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among yourselves. They preach prosperity, wealth, and health; good times, and all is well. From the least to the greatest, all are greedy for gain; prophets and priests alike, all practice deceit. They dress the wound of My people as though it were not serious. “Peace, peace,” they say, when there is no peace. Are they ashamed of their loathsome conduct? No, they have no shame at all; they do not even know how to blush! They will subtly and cleverly teach their destructive heresies about God, even denying the Sovereign Lord Who bought them. Theirs will be a swift and terrible end.
Many will follow their evil teaching and shameful immorality. And because of them, Christ and His true way will be slandered. In their greed they will make up clever lies and cunning arguments to get hold of your money. With eyes full of adultery, their lust is never satisfied. They make a game of beguiling and luring unstable people into sin. They train themselves to be greedy; they are doomed and cursed. But God condemned them long ago, and their eternal misery is on the way.
The word of the Lord came to me: Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel who are now prophesying. Say to those who prophesy out of their own imagination: Hear the word of the Lord! This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Woe to the foolish prophets who follow their own spirit and have seen nothing! Your prophets, O Israel, are like jackals among ruins. You have not gone up to the breaks in the wall to repair it for the house of Israel so that it will stand firm in the battle on the Day of the Lord. Their visions are false and their divinations a lie. They say, “The Lord declares,” when the Lord has not sent them; yet they expect their words to be fulfilled. Have you not seen false visions and uttered lying divinations when you say, “The Lord declares,” though I have not spoken? Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because of your false words and lying visions, I am against you, declares the Sovereign Lord. My hand will be against the prophets who see false visions and utter lying divinations. [Jer 6:13-15; 2 Peter 2:1-3, 14; Ezek 13:1-9] - Pray for a Great Harvest. It is a call to preach the gospel to everyone, everywhere. Jesus said to them, “Go throughout the whole world and preach the good news of the Gospel to everyone, everywhere. With My authority, take this message of repentance to all the nations, beginning in Jerusalem: There is forgiveness of sins for all who turn to Me. [Mark 16:15; Luke 24:47]
And now, Lord God Almighty…bring rains to our drought-stricken lives, so that those who sow in tears, invoking the Lord of the Harvest, will reap with songs of Joy. He who goes out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying bountiful sheaves from the harvest with him! [Ps 126:3-6]
Arise My bride, and prepare for battle
There is going to be severe Satanic, demonic attacks against God’s holy remnant of committed, uncompromising, steadfast Christians, pastors, and leaders [not the lukewarm], and against marriages, families, and children. There is going to be severe attacks and intense persecution coming from pretending “Christians” within the church, against pastors who preach the uncompromised Word of God. For the time is coming when people will not tolerate sound and wholesome instruction, but, having ears itching for something self-pleasing and gratifying, they will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear. [2 Tim 4:3-5]
At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. [Matt 24:10-14]
Woe to the inhabitants of the Earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short. [Rev 12:12]
Arise My bride, and prepare to see My Face
Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done.
Then the angel said to me, “Write this down: Blessed are those summoned to the marriage banquet of the Lamb…all true believers who are members of His Universal Church. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with Power and great Glory. And He will send His angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather His elect…God’s holy people…from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.” And he said to me further, “These are the True Words of God.” [Rev 19:9]
Blessed Jesus…I rejoice and shout triumphantly for joy! I celebrate and ascribe to You glory and honor, for the marriage of the Lamb draws near, and Your bride, the Universal Church and each of her members, has been preparing herself and has made herself ready! [Rev 19:7] Hallelujah!
Hallelujah! For our Lord God, Sovereign All-Ruler, reigns! Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him Glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready. The finest linen, dazzling and white, was given her to wear. Then the angel said to me, “Write: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage banquet of the Lamb!” [John…Rev 19:6-9; Luke 14:15-23]
The washing of one’s robes and the keeping of one’s garments relates to this very attitude and habit of looking for the return of Christ as an imminent event. Brethren, as you hope to walk those golden streets, and eat of those immortal fruits, see to it that you have your garments clean and your loins girded about like unto men waiting for their Lord. [Seiss…Rev 21:9-22:5]
Then the king said to his servants, “The wedding banquet is ready, but those I invited did not deserve to come. Go to the street corners and invite to the banquet anyone you find.” So the servants went out into the streets and gathered all the people they could find, both good and bad, and the wedding hall was filled with guests. But when the king came in to see the guests, he noticed a man there who was not wearing a wedding garment. “Friend,” he asked, “How did you come in here without putting on the appropriate wedding garment?” The man was speechless. Then the king told the attendants, “Tie him hand and foot, and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. For many are invited and summoned, but few are chosen.” [Matt 22:8-14]
Friends, brothers and sisters…
There is one absolutely necessary preparation for every living soul on the face of this Earth, for the soon coming and imminent return of Jesus Christ…the one preparation that will irrevocably determine in which neighborhood you will spend all eternity, whether in Heaven or in Hell. You must be a born-again child of God. I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot be in God’s Kingdom. I tell you the truth, no one can ever enter the Kingdom of God unless you are born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at My saying you must be born again. [Jesus…John 3:3-7]
If you have never been born again,
or you are not sure whether you have been born again,
or you have been living your life as a lukewarm Christian and would now like to recommit your life and enter into a deep and intimate relationship with Christ Jesus in preparation for the soon coming marriage supper of the Lamb…

Behold, I am coming quickly. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will deprive you of your crown. Everyone who overcomes by means of their faith…I will make a pillar in the Sanctuary of My God. Never again will you leave it. I will write on you the name of My God and you will be a citizen in the city of My God…the new Jerusalem…which will come down out of Heaven from My God; I will also write on you My Own new name.
