My beloved child…you are well pleasing in My sight, not because you are free of sin and failures, but because you have set your heart to trust in Me with an unwavering child-like trust; to depend upon Me with an unreserved child-like dependence; and to obey Me, accepting My will, with an unquestioning child-like obedience. [Father God…Heb 11:5-6]

**        **, greatly beloved, have you not yet fully understood?  Faith is an action that bears witness to your child-like trust in God, your child-like dependence upon God, and your unquestioning child-like obedience to the will of God.  When I reveal to you My plans, My purposes, My will for you, you are to respond with an unquestioning child-like obedience.  You are simply to do what I tell you to do…you needn’t question the reasons why.  It doesn’t matter what sense or reason tells you; you are to respond in faith.  The following accounts from Scripture are a further illustration of what child-like obedience really is.

The Lord had said to Abram, Leave your country, your people and your father’s household and go to the land I will show you.  So Abram left, as the Lord had told him; and Lot went with him.  Abram was seventy-five years old when he set out from Haran. [Gen 12:1, 4]

Then God said to Abraham, Take your son, your only son, Isaac, whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah.  Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about.  When they reached the place God had told him about, Abraham built an altar there and arranged the wood on it.  He bound his son Isaac and laid him on the altar, on top of the wood.  Then he reached out his hand and took the knife to slay his son.  But the angel of the Lord called out to him from Heaven, “Abraham! Abraham!” Here I am, Abraham replied.  The angel commanded him, Do not lay a hand on the boy; do not do anything to him.  Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from Me your son, your only son. [Gen 22:2, 9-12]

After Joseph had considered quietly divorcing Mary so as not to expose her to public disgrace…since she was pledged to be married to Him but before they came together she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit…an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.  She will give birth to a son, and you are to give Him the name Jesus, because He will save His people from their sins.  When Joseph awakened, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. [Matt 1:190-21, 24]
Jesus took with Him Peter and James and John, and began to be struck with terror and amazement and deeply troubled and depressed.  My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death, He said to them.  Remain here and keep awake and be watching.  And having gone on ahead a little, He fell repeatedly upon the ground, and was praying that if it were possible, the hour might pass from Him.  Abba, Father, He prayed, Everything is possible for You.  If it is possible, take this cup of suffering from Me.  And there appeared to Him an angel from Heaven, strengthening Him.  And having entered a state of severe mental and emotional struggle to the point of agony, He was praying more earnestly.  And His perspiration became like great drops of blood continually falling down upon the ground, by reason of the fact that His blood burst through the walls of the capillaries, which had ruptured as a result of His intense agony, coloring His perspiration and enlarging the drops.  He went away a second time and prayed, Abba Father, if it is not possible for this cup to be taken away unless I drink it, then not My will but Thy will be done. [Mark 14:32-40; Matt 26:36-46; Luke 22:39-46]

Abba Father, this is my life, this is what I live for: waiting upon God…watching and waiting, looking off unto You and listening for Your voice…with an unwavering child-like trust and an unreserved child-like dependence, with a joyful expectation and an excited anticipation…for You to reveal Yourself to me ever more deeply and intimately, and Your plans, Your purposes, Your will for me…SO I MAY THEN RESPOND, with an unquestioning child-like obedience, to every leading and prompting of the Holy Spirit, cooperating with the Power of His enabling grace Who works in me both to will and to do.  Clap your hands, children of the Most High God!  Shout triumphant cries of joy and resounding praises to our God!  Stand in awe of the Lord Most High, Sovereign All-Ruler over all the Earth!  Sing praises to our God, sing praises; sing praises to our King, sing praises!  For our God is King over all the Earth; I sing to You a psalm of praise, Lord God Almighty! [Ps 47:1-9]  Hallelujah!

Friends, brothers and sisters…

There is one absolutely necessary preparation for every living soul on the face of this Earth, for the soon coming and imminent return of Jesus Christ…the one preparation that will irrevocably determine in which neighborhood you will spend all eternity, whether in Heaven or in Hell.  You must be a born-again child of God.  I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot be in God’s Kingdom.  I tell you the truth, no one can ever enter the Kingdom of God unless you are born of water and the Spirit.  Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.  You should not be surprised at My saying you must be born again. [Jesus…John 3:3-7]

If you have never been born again,
or you are not sure whether you have been born again,
or you have been living your life as a lukewarm Christian and would now like to recommit your life and enter into a deep and intimate relationship with Christ Jesus in preparation for the soon coming marriage supper of the Lamb…
then I counsel you to get alone with God, read the solemn marriage vows you must make to become the bride of Christ and thereby be born-again, [https://preservechristianfamily.org/2019/01/21/bride-of-christ/], and with sincerity of heart from within the depths of your being, acknowledge before God, “I DO.”
